Our clients and partners come first
HMMG Consulting is a highly respected management consulting firm that offers a comprehensive range of services to profit and nonprofit organizations of any size. We consider the entities we work with, such as trade associations, membership societies, government bodies, educational institutions, social service organizations, individuals, media, and nonprofit foundations, not only clients but also partners.
By partnering with us, board members and other volunteers can focus on defining their vision for how the association can best serve its members, the profession, and society. We work collaboratively with our partners, delivering with integrity and trust, to turn their vision into reality. We take pride in providing reliable and efficient services that earn the trust of the organizations we serve every day.
We strive to help partners streamline their operations, plan and execute successful conferences, and develop strategies to achieve their goals in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.

Nonprofit Executives (CFRE) collaborate with nonprofits with a wide range of service requirements and missions, from developing strategic plans and comprehensive fundraising campaigns to enhancing marketing and communications, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. We have helped our clients raise millions of dollars by employing innovative and targeted fundraising initiatives. IOFOC has served as a national model for affiliated programs.
Our efforts toward achieving social justice involve advocating for juveniles who are first-time offenders and children in foster care are recognized by the State of Illinois and the United States Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute. You can learn more about our story by reading the Illinois One Family One Child Story.
Our nonprofit work in Chicago, now called Partners for Positive Change (PFPC), includes finding housing and employment for Chicago’s homeless population.
